Makeup.

Come on ladies we all know that makeup can do a lot.  Enhance, change and alter your appearance.  It's even in the definition. We are constantly told what new lipstick to buy or to have fuller lashes with this new mascara.  Left and right the advertising tells us that our beauty isn't enough.  This video is a perfect look at what happens when real woman take it all off and still remain beautiful.

I challenge you to go beyond a persons face and see the woman for who she is on the inside.  Beauty fades but what's inside doesn't.

Sometimes we are so in our head about how we 'think' we look.  So I ask you, would you let a stranger draw you nude?  Do you feel different with clothes on? Are you comfortable standing and seeing yourself completely stripped in front of a mirror? I challenge you to do this, might be weird at first but if you cant see yourself nude who can?

We can be our worst critic, plus our thoughts can run rapid if not monitored.  This woman gives a comical approach to when she got naked and let a stranger draw her in the buff.

A step in a more equal direction.  Love this article because diversity is what makes us unique.   If everyone looked the same or was represented by a very tall skinny white runway model, it leaves other types of woman unrepresented.   When you leave out groups of woman in mass marketing it creates an unattainable response which leads woman further away from their beauty.  The comparing, the lack of representation can make young girls want lighter skin or a size zero frame.   Add photoshop and you end up seeing beauty for what it's not, because the photo isn't real but the message it sends is loud and clear.  I hope you find an inner truth within how powerful your body is and
